Mobi Baby offers you a warranty for a period of 6 months on all our products. We cover the first owner of the product, so you will have to provide us with proof of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects when the products are used normally and as per the instructions in the User Manual. We do not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by accidents or negligence.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a factory fault, we will replace the product free of charge and collect the faulty product at our cost. Please note that the faulty product must be in the original packaging otherwise we will charge a fee of R250.
